The Vibration Analysis Level I course provides participants with a foundational understanding of vibration monitoring and analysis techniques used in predictive maintenance programs. Through classroom instruction and practical exercises, learners will develop skills in vibration measurement, data collection, spectrum interpretation, and the identification of common machinery faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing defects. Upon completion, participants will be able to collect and evaluate vibration data, recognize developing equipment issues, and support reliability and maintenance initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving asset performance.
